Anthony Gargasz

Having looked back over our most recent posts we noticed that the majority of them have been musically orientated, so lets throw some design back into the mix.

I’m not usually a massive fan of this style of graphic design, I think its becuase it takes a lot of skill to combine this many different ideas and styles into one piece and make it work compositionally which doesn’t always seem to happen. This piece by Anthony Gargasz does just that for me, and then some. What works for me most of all with this piece is the way that he hints at symmetry through out but without ever making it truly symmetrical, a hard feat, but extremely well executed, and what’s even more impressive is that he is only 19.

From the man himself,

“Hi, I’m a 19 year old graphic designer on a path to become a creative entrepreneur. I’m an easy going guy full of motivation, determination, and a real team player. I’ve been designing for about a total of 7 years now, and have loved every second of it. Please feel free to contact me for any opportunities!”

Go take a look at the rest of his portfolio and let us know if you agree about this style of work being a bit hit & miss, and if not, why not!
